Job purpose
Renova is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join its Philippines office, supporting the development of renewable energy projects in the country.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals ((3–5) years of experience) who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, long-term energy solutions.
Responsibilities
Assignments will include, but not limited to:
• Evaluate new business opportunities in the Philippines
• Conduct market research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and potential partners
• Support project structuring, permitting, and financial modeling
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and internal reports
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial advisors
• Participate in site visits, negotiations, and project documentation
