Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is responsible for new business acquisition, and onboarding of clients He/She will be responsible for generating, qualifying, nurturing and closing potential leads for the cold chain delivery services that Ninja Van Singapore provides. During the onboarding period, sales associate are expected to resolve all issues that may arise from client's unfamiliarity of our services, to align client expectations with operational service levels.

Job Responsibility:

New Business Acquisition

Schedule meetings with potential prospects to understand service requirements of clients

Acquire new clients to increase country revenue

Pitch operational requests to internal stakeholders to help meet clients' requirements and SLAs

Prepare sales proposals, presentation decks, profitability analysis and contract documents
