Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Engagement: Identify and partner with high-growth companies and leadership teams to understand their human capital friction points.
2. Talent Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth intake sessions with hiring managers to define Success Profiles and perform failure-mode audits on previous hiring gaps.
3. The First Gate Assessment: Execute rigorous initial screenings based on our alignment standards, focusing on technical competency and cultural fit.
