The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing projects through strategic planning and market engagement. 

Business Development & Strategy  
Identify and develop new business opportunities for PMC services across target sectors. Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping. Track upcoming projects, tenders, and key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sector.
