Job Summary

Responsible for related process and documents for new funds approval and new fund setting up to the SEC and coordinate with all related teams.

• Prepare and submit prospectuses, constituent documents and other related documents to the SEC for new funds approval.


• Coordinate with all related teams to work on new fund setting up.


• Prepare periodic reports and documents, including mutual fund prospectuses, fund factsheets,


• 6-month and annual reports, and other mutual fund materials to be disclosed to investors.
