Requirements:

• Completed matric.


• Relevant insurance qualification.


• Fais compliant (RE).


• Valid driver’s license.


• 5 years relationship management experience.


• Experience in a direct short term insurance environment preferential.


• 3+ years short term insurance experience- essential.


• Technical insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the book, stakeholder and relationship management.


• Achieve and maintain the Broker Direct strategy and deliver on targets.


• Maintain a healthy business relationship at a strategic and operational level.


• Negotiate capacity and support from other teams within the company to support new and existing Broker Direct partners.
