Business Development Consultant

Our client is seeking a high-calibre, persuasive communicator to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. This is a key client-facing role where you will directly engage with homeowners, understand their renovation needs, and connect them with the right professionals. Beyond matching services, you will build trust, deliver an exceptional experience, and help drive the company's growth in the renovation and home improvement space.

This position is remote-first in Malaysia, with occasional travel to Singapore for training, client engagement, and team sessions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Homeowner Engagement

• Conduct high-volume daily outbound calls with homeowners who register for our services.
• Actively listen and ask probing questions to fully understand each homeowner's needs and renovation goals.
• Provide clear, confident, and persuasive advice to help homeowners make informed decisions.

Matching & Advisory
