Shanghai Business Development

An international Architectural practice is looking to expand their Cultural project portfolio in China, and are recruiting for a strong business development lead for their mid-sized Shanghai studio.


With a number of iconic projects under their belt, and with the support of both the Shanghai office and overseas offices, this role will be to generate leads, and develop new business within this sector to bring in new, exciting projects. Working closely with experienced Design Directors in the cultural & arts field, the ideal candidate must have connections with local government bodies, and developers across Asia.


SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 10 years in business development within Architecture

  • Degree holder or above

  • Fluency in Mandarin & English

  • Ability to identify and cultivate leads and relationships

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to think outside the box
