Business Development Director – Land JV, Partnerships & Distressed Assets

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Business Development Director who will lead Lhoopa’s land acquisition, joint venture (JV), and distressed asset strategy. The role will focus on raw land JVs—managing the process from opportunity sourcing, structuring, and negotiation, through to securing the License to Sell (LTS).
