Reporting to the Business Development Leader, the successful candidate will drive significant growth opportunities for Mercury Systems with Lockheed Martin. This role leads cross-functional teams and works in partnership with other key functional partners including capture, sales, engineering, program management, contracts, and others to build business pipeline and strategic relationships.

The ideal person will be an accomplished, roll-up-your-sleeves, innovative and technical expert in developing new business at Lockheed Martin in Communication and Processing advanced electronics
