Business Development Director

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate studies is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics or shipping, with at least 5 years in senior-level sales or business development.
• Demonstrated success in handling government transport projects and/or establishing strategic partnerships with major freight forwarders.
• Familiarity with port operations, shipping processes, and inter-island logistics within the Philippine archipelago.
• Strong understanding of government procurement systems, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel across the Philippines for account acquisition and project supervision.
