The Business Development Director will drive the growth and long-term value creation of RLC’s large-scale destination estates under Robinsons Destination Estates. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and shaping estate-scale development opportunities ensuring commercial viability, strategic fit, and seamless transition into execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and feasibility of estate-scale development opportunities, land acquisitions, and partnerships
• Define estate-level development strategies, land-use allocation, product mix, and phasing across multi-hectare townships
• Review and validate financial models and investment cases (ROI, IRR, NPV) across multiple phases and asset classes
