Job Description

Define and lead the investment road-map in alignment with the company's short-, mid-, and long-term growth strategies,

Manage end-to-end business development and investment processes, from opportunity identification to execution,

Identify new project opportunities aligned with corporate objectives and present investment proposals to the Board of Directors,

Coordinate land development activities, joint venture structures, and strategic partnership opportunities within investment projects.

 Array 
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Economics, or a related discipline,

MBA or other postgraduate education is strongly preferred,

Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, including international investment experience,
