Business Development Engineer

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Engineer with experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing to grow regional customer accounts across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, technical discussions, and driving business growth within the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and manage existing customer accounts within the EMS sector.
• Identify and secure new customers and project transfers.
• Manage opportunities from quotation stage through NPI to mass production handover.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
