Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Junior Business Development to support our project and business development teams through strong document control and administrative coordination. This role focuses on managing project documentation, tracking submissions, and ensuring systematic record-keeping to enable smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain proper filing and organization of all project documents.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
• Ensure all records are updated, accurate, and systematically maintained.
• Support project coordination through administrative and documentation assistance.
• Prepare, compile, and submit project-related documents when required.
• Assist the BD and project teams in daily administrative tasks.
