Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with local clients across Pakistan. This is a fully onsite role, requiring proactive outbound sales efforts and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify outbound B2B leads across Pakistan
Leverage existing industry connections and networks to drive sales
Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
