Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Conduct cold calls, client visits and telemarketing to expand customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Support joint-sales visits with other departments when needed.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Plan and execute weekly sales visitation schedules.
• Coordinate with customers service to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistic or an equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably logistics.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding & logistics.
