Job Description

                    Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries 
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research 
Promote the company’s workforce solutions and operational services 
Conduct client meetings and presentations 
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations 
Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions 
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets 
Build and maintain strong client relationships 
Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients 
Understand client workforce and operational requirements
