Your Role

Your main focus will be client acquisition and sales.

You will:

• Contact companies via LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Generate new recruitment clients globally
• Book and attend client meetings
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

Must have:

• Sales experience (B2B sales, cold calling, or outbound sales preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with international clients
• Strong motivation to earn commission
• Experience working with UK, UAE, or international clients
