Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a leading marine retail company based in County Kerry and covering the Munster area.

This one-stop shop is a market leader in marine sales, supplying everything from nuts and bolts to life jackets, from day pleasure crafts to sailboats and commercial fishing vessels, they sell it all.


We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our customer base across Munster.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with marinas, boat owners, and marine businesses.

  • Selling an extensive range of marine products and equipment.

  • Spotting new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

  • Representing the business at events, trade shows, and marina visits.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience (marine industry knowledge is a big plus).
