Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services and generating qualified leads for the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
Introduce company products/services in a clear and professional manner
Identify customer needs and generate sales leads
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cold caller or telemarketer (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and listening skills
