Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, hunting new customers, identifying projects, and supporting internal and new venture development across TSG's diversified business portfolio including engineering, solar, IT systems, marketing, and digital commerce.

This is a proactive growth role focused on research, outreach, opportunity identification, and coordination — not desk-bound sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Project Hunting

• Identify and generate new leads, customers, and projects across B2B and project-based markets
• Actively hunt opportunities through tenders, platforms, referrals, consultants, and field research
• Track upcoming projects, RFQs, EOIs, and business opportunities
