Job Description 
This is a remote position. 
Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 2 Years Experience   in B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry
  
Salary Structure: 
  
Base Salary for initial 12 months: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives upto Rs.20,000 Per Month  
 After 12 months: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 + Incentives upto Rs.30,000 Per Month    
 
Work Arrangement: 
  
Work from Home 
  
Advantage: 
  
Prior experience in IT staffing sales or working with IT service companies
  
Language Preference - English, Kannada, Tamil/Hindi
