About the role – Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter)
As a Business Development personnel, you will support the company's sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to assigned warm leads and schedule appointments.
Engage prospects in professional and natural conversations to assess interest and qualify leads.
Identify and connect with decision-makers to arrange follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
