Hiring: Business Development Executive – Auto Trade
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive for our Auto Trade division, specializing in global car trading, lead management, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound leads for car sales
Engage with international buyers (Africa, Middle East, Caribbean, Asia, etc.)
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into sales
Build long-term customer relationships and maintain CRM records
Market research on latest automotive trends, pricing & demand
Coordinate with operations for shipment updates and vehicle availability
Achieve monthly sales targets with a performance-driven approach
Requirements:
Experience in Auto Trade / Used Car Export Industry (AA Japan, Be forward Japan, SBT, Car Junction, AutoHub, or similar) is highly preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
