Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate office furniture only (workstations, executive desks, meeting tables, office seating, storage, etc.).
Assist in corporate office furniture tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, including documentation and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and project managers related to office fit-outs.
Conduct corporate client meetings to understand office space requirements and propose suitable office furniture solutions.
Support in preparing proposals, BOQs, layouts, presentations, and commercial offers for office furniture projects.
Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of office furniture projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies during bidding, sales, and execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets for corporate office furniture projects.
