Key Responsibilities:
Merchant & Client Management
Manage assigned merchant accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and account growth.
Address merchant queries related to settlements, reconciliation, and operational processes in a timely manner.
