Job Responsibilities
New Sales
- Prospecting and acquiring new leads through cold calling.
- Account Management, understanding profiles and mapping of organization.
- Disciplined Monthly, Weekly plans to meet with customers and log activity in Salesforce.
- Timely Follow-up on New Enquiries within 24 hours.
- Understand market trends, needs and competitor activities and report on a timely manner.
- Basic Presentation to prospects about BVC Services. Possess knowledge about assigned product/market.
- Preparation of Tenders, Quotation, Contract, Negotiation and closing under the guidance of BDM.
- Proper Handover to Operations & Schedulers via effective communication and documentation.
- Timely Salesforce update and clean pipeline.
- Maintaining pipeline to sales target ratio of at least 2x.
- Ability to create own dashboard, monitoring and reporting.
- Building Consultants network to gain leads....
