Job Description

Job Responsibilities
New Sales
Prospecting and acquiring new leads through cold calling.
Account Management, understanding profiles and mapping of organization.
Disciplined Monthly, Weekly plans to meet with customers and log activity in Salesforce.
Timely Follow-up on New Enquiries within 24 hours.
Understand market trends, needs and competitor activities and report on a timely manner.
Basic Presentation to prospects about BVC Services. Possess knowledge about assigned product/market.
Preparation of Tenders, Quotation, Contract, Negotiation and closing under the guidance of BDM.
Proper Handover to Operations & Schedulers via effective communication and documentation.
Timely Salesforce update and clean pipeline.
Maintaining pipeline to sales target ratio of at least 2x.
Ability to create own dashboard, monitoring and reporting.
Building Consultants network to gain leads.
