Job Summary

Ssquad Global is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (Hunter) to drive net-new business acquisition in the Cybersecurity and IT Services domain. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales lifecycle and build strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Female, local Malaysian candidates based in KL are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Engage with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams
• Sell Cybersecurity, IT Services, Cloud, and Managed Services solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
