Business Development Executive

The Flow Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive corporate growth, events, and strategic partnerships. This role blends proactive business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end event execution - ensuring every corporate or brand collaboration aligns with The Flow Studio’s brand and delivers measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively source, prospect, and qualify new corporate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Identify, pitch, and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue, brand visibility, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms for corporate events, partnerships, sponsorships, and in‑kind contributions.
• Own the full corporate sales pipeline - from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, conversion, and post‑event follow‑up.
