Business Development Executive

As Xaltius continues its expansion in Malaysia, we are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our B2B growth. The primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture partnerships with corporate clients, offering our suite of digital skills training (Data Science, AI, and Analytics) while leveraging the HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) framework to maximize client value.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage with key decision-makers (HR Directors, L&D Managers, and C-Suite executives) across various industries in Malaysia.
HRD Corp Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) schemes, assisting clients in understanding the levy utilization, grant application, and claim processes for our training programs.
Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-analysis meetings to understand client skill gaps and propose customized Xaltius training solutions.
