Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients on Staff Augmentation, Email Marketing, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Create and implement effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals.
• Track performance and optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

• 6- 12 months of experience in business development (IT/tech domain preferred).
