Our client Summit Global Company is looking for a Business Development Executive (Construction & Real Estate) in Lahore.
We are looking for smart, talented, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our growing organization. The selected candidates will be responsible for multitasking roles involving sales, marketing, and business development in construction materials and real estate activities.
This position is ideal for individuals who are willing to learn, grow, face challenges, and work in a target-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & marketing of cement, steel, and construction materials
Field visits in DHA Phase 6, 7, 8, 9 & Phase 9 Prism
Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and clients
Real estate activities including rent, sale, and purchase of properties
Approaching potential clients and convincing them professionally
Market research to identify new opportunities
