Barq Dev is hiring for Associate Business Development to support and drive business growth.

Must-Have:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in business development.
• Strong in communication, particularly in written English.
• Experience in writing value-driven proposals to win projects.
• Knowledge of IT/ SaaS services
• A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced culture.
• Interest in building a long-term career in business development.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.

Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Excellent research and market analysis abilities
