Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations & Business Development Executive to manage daily store operations and drive growth initiatives, including franchise development and retail expansion in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across outlets while identifying and executing new business opportunities to scale the brand.

A. Operations Management:

• Oversee operations of assigned outlets to ensure consistency, service quality, and adherence to brand SOPs.
• Monitor and evaluate outlet performance metrics including sales, footfall, customer service, and hygiene standards.
• Manage and coordinate minor touch-ups, tweaks, and layout adjustments at the outlet level to maintain a fresh and appealing store environment.
• Handle repair and maintenance work by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and facility teams to ensure timely resolutions.
