Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Own lead generation, proposal strategy, and deal closure on Upwork and Fiverr only.
Identify high-intent clients aligned with UI/UX, product design, SaaS, web, no-code Webflow, and branding services.
Maintain active pipelines on both platforms with disciplined follow-ups and conversation tracking.
Analyze platform algorithms, response patterns, and competitor positioning to improve win rates.
Must have sound knowledge platform SOPs and policies.
Take discovery conversations with clients to understand scope, goals, and constraints.
Translate design requirements into clear value-driven proposals.
Confidently pitch UI/UX processes, design systems, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and scope clarity without escalation.
Close deals and hand over clean, documented project briefs to delivery teams.
