ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training business.
This role focuses on:
Following up on sales leads
Building relationships with HR and management teams
Preparing proposals and quotations
Supporting HRD Corp (HRDC) claim processes
Ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to project completion
You will work closely with the Founder and internal team to convert opportunities into confirmed training projects. This is not a desk-only sales job — we need someone proactive, organised, and comfortable engaging clients.
