Business Development Executive

Requirement for Business Development Executive (European MNC)

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop new business in Malaysia across Semiconductor, Chemical, Petrochemical, Agriculture and Medical industries.

· Identify and engage with End-customers, EPC, OEMs and industrial users of Thermoplastics for plant facilities and equipment.

· Build a robust pipeline in high-potential sectors (Semiconductors, Medical, Agriculture).

· Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategy execution.

· Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements:

· 2–5 years' business development experience in industrial or B2B markets.

· Experience in Thermoplastics / Piping preferred.

· Strong understanding of Malaysia's markets, business culture & networking skills.

· Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and results focus.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin
