Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management & Project Follow-ups

• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers including cafés, bakeries, retailers, distributors, and food service clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling enquiries, quotations, samples, and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate closely with production, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
• Support long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and business objectives.

2. Market Expansion & New Business Development

• Identify and support opportunities for new customers, channels, and markets (local and export).
• Work with internal teams to propose and develop new SKUs based on market demand and customer requirements.
