We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad. In this role, you will support the Branch Manager in driving business profitability, managing key portfolios, and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, strengthening agency networks, and ensuring compliance with both internal and regulatory standards.
What you will be doing
Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximise business potential through the Agency channel
Manage Agency, RHB Group, and Direct business portfolios to enhance productivity and profitability
Collaborate with underwriters in the acceptance of new risks in line with Head Office guidelines
