BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) – STAFF AUGMENTATION / IT SERVICES

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us bring clients for Dedicated Developers / Team Extension / Staff Augmentation. If you are good at communication, follow-ups, and relationship building, this role is for you. Staff augmentation experience is a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Find and approach potential clients (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, job boards, etc.)
* Start conversations, follow-up, and book meetings
* Understand client needs (role, tech stack, seniority, budget, timeline)
* Share relevant profiles and coordinate interviews with our team
* Prepare proposals and close resource-based deals (monthly / hourly)
* Maintain pipeline updates in Google Sheets/CRM
