Job Description

• Sourcing of suppliers by browsing the website, listing from pharmaceutical conventions, and existing suppliers from the Philippines for company profile and product portfolio.
• Sending an introductory email asking for possible collaboration
• Gathering IMS data such as IMS sale by value, sales by unit, no. of competitors, growth, product description
• Product selection with OM/BDM and shortlisting by wish list
• Forecasting and Price Negotiation by asking price through e-mail wherein price is based on market survey data gathered or asking suppliers their proposed price and MOQ/batch size
• Discussion of agreement and Addendum
• Answering minor queries of suppliers related to regulations and sharing basic requirements
• Discussion of additional products, if any
• Attending conference calls to discuss concerns and follow up
