Business Development Executive

We are looking for a hands‑on Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training business.

This role focuses on:

• Following up on sales leads
• Building relationships with HR and management teams
• Preparing proposals and quotations
• Ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to project completion

You will work closely with the Founder and internal team to convert opportunities into confirmed training projects. This is not a “desk‑only” sales job — we need someone proactive, organised, and comfortable engaging clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads
• Proactively reach out to potential corporate clients
• Identify client training needs and recommend suitable programmes
