JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to grow our corporate training business.

This role focuses on:

• Following up sales leads
• Building relationships with HR and management teams
• Preparing proposals and quotations
• Supporting HRD Corp (HRDC) claim processes
• Ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to project completion

You will work closely with the Founder and internal team to convert opportunities into confirmed training projects.This is not a desk-only sales job — we need someone proactive, organised, and comfortable engaging clients.
