The Business Development Executive will drive growth by outbound prospecting, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings with decision-makers, bridging talent gaps.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in target markets.
• Identify, source, and qualify leads using tools such as Google Maps, Yellow Pages, online directories, and CRM systems.
• Engage with technology leaders, IT directors, and project managers to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's staff augmentation and IT service offerings.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
