Role Summary -

Support international distributors and ensure effective
route-to-market (RTM)
execution and trade performance across markets.

Responsibilities -

• Liaise closely with international distributors
• Track RTM plans, product listings & activation progress
• Coordinate internally with Brand & Supply Chain teams
• Prepare monthly sales and performance reports
• Monitor sell-in / sell-out trends (where available)
• Support market analysis and expansion initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented
• Ability to write and communicate in Chinese is an advantage
