Business Development Executive

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following along with other duties not included.

• Accountable for entire sales growth for the region and adhere to company direction in creating new business opportunities, new segments, new industries, new markets and winning big projects.
• Identify customer needs and drive new business opportunities in line with global business strategy, new portfolio with new solutions.
• Growing the existing core business,  to create a strategic plan to quickly develop and deliver sales.
• Able to take broader view/bigger picture, deep thinking on critical matters with pre-emptive approach in attacking new account and new segment, with clear direction + business strategy + execution plan.
• Able to bring in new clients and foster business relationships to increase sales revenue.
