Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, high-performing commercial leader to drive revenue growth and new client acquisition across APAC. This role expands our regional presence by delivering scalable recruitment and talent solutions while shaping commercial strategy and long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise sales experience and proven expertise in offshore and multi‑country delivery models across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new business acquisition across APAC for RPO, project-based, hard-to-fill recruitment, and recruitment operations services.
Build and manage a strong APAC pipeline of midmarket and enterprise clients, leading consultative discussions with HR, TA, and Operations executives, market and enterprise clients, leading consultative discussions with HR, TA, and Operations executives.
