Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive from the Private Education / Training sector to lead student enrolment and corporate training sales. The role focuses on driving corporate growth, revenue and strengthening partnerships within Singapore’s education and training ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales activities for academic programmes and/or professional training courses
• Drive enrolment targets and corporate training revenue in line with business goals
• Execute sales strategies aligned with SSG / PEI regulatory requirements
• Achieve monthly and annual KPIs
• Ensure prompt follow-ups, conversion tracking, and pipeline management
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
